"Production" = time spent custom-making your order at our factories. Includes printing, constructing, and packaging.
"Shipping" = time spent transporting your order to you.
We start making your order when you order it. Custom, on demand. Printing, cutting, sewing. No waste or warehouses. On average, it takes 7-10 business days to hand-make your gear, though most orders ship within 5 days, most of the time. Shipping times are then added to our production times.
***Due to the high incidence of the Delta variant of the Covid virus, we are unable to predict where delays may happen because of work restrictions, especially with shipping companies.
Once your order is finished and sent out for delivery, you will automatically receive a shipping e-mail plus a tracking code.

If I used Shop Pay Installments/Affirm, does it impact shipping times?
Your order is made exactly the same way, with exactly the same timing as with all other payment options. If you finance your purchase, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized.
Please note that because your purchase is made-to-order, custom, just for you, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.
Where is my order shipped from?
We have production facilities in the United States, Mexico and Europe.
NOTE: Different products are made and shipped from different places, so you may receive multiple packages from one order.
Do you charge me customs fees?
NO. Not at all. These are randomly assigned inspections by some governments, and we neither charge nor collect these fees. They are out of our control.
What should I do if it's past the estimated delivery time and I still haven't received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
- Email us at email@example.com. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
