Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns or exchanges not made by emailing us first cannot enter our quality control system and will not be processed.
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
A change in size
Please take a good look at sizing charts and measure yourself before ordering to have the best chance of a good fit. As these are custom, made to order products--not warehoused or produced en masse--it's important.
If you still need to exchange for a different size, please put which size you need in the email, and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.
You received the wrong item
Please send a photo of the incorrect item to yoniflowercollections@gmail.com and we will follow it up for you.
You received a damaged/faulty item
Quality is our top priority, If you receive damaged or faulty gear you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to yoniflowercollections@gmail.com stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
You do not first email us at churchofwild@gmail.com to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to your sending your product back.
A 'change of mind', because we print on demand and do not hold stock. Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted for exchange of design.
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
The item(s) were a Final Sale item.
